- •💼 Baggage Allowance: Max 5kg of luggage per passenger (soft bags only, no hard suitcases allowed).
- •⚖️ Weight Limit: Passengers weighing above 80kg may attract surcharge or separate seating due to helicopter balancing.
- •⛅ Weather Dependence: Flights are subject to clear Himalayan visibility. In case of delays, accommodations are coordinated.
- •🧬 Health Disclaimer: Elderly yatris are advised to carry original oxygen cylinders for high altitudes.
- •🎫 Identity Proof: Carrying original Aadhaar Cards/Passport is mandatory for Helipad check-ins.
Helicopters depart only from designated helipads (Dehradun, Phata/Sersi, Baltal/Pahalgam, Govindghat).
