Badrinath Temple is located along the Alaknanda River. The colorful temple structure is easily accessible by motorable roads, making it the most visited of the four shrines. Yatris perform a holy dip in the natural hot springs of Tapt Kund before visiting the deity. Mana, the last Indian village before the Tibet border, is located just 3km away.
