Yes. The Government of Uttarakhand has made biometric registration mandatory for all yatris visiting Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. You can register online on the official Uttarakhand Tourism website, or our travel coordinator can complete this for your entire group free of charge once your package is booked.
âŠī¸Cancellation & Refund Policy
If passengers cancel their booking, the following cancellation charges apply on the total tour cost:
- More than 28 days before travel date30% of total tour cost
- 15 to 28 days before travel date50% of total tour cost
- 8 to 14 days before travel date75% of total tour cost
- 7 days or less before travel dateNo refund
- No-showNo refund
- After the tour has commencedNo refund
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7â10 working days. Helicopter segments cancelled due to bad weather are handled separately as per the terms of carriage.
